Frequently Asked Questions
Is Dartly free to use?
Dartly's core is free: seven of the eight game modes, player and team management, game history, and cloud sync across devices. The free tier is supported by non-intrusive ads that are never shown during active gameplay. An optional premium subscription removes ads and unlocks detailed statistics and the Hit and Beat game mode.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Dartly works fully offline without any account. Creating a free account is optional and unlocks cloud sync across your devices, plus access to premium features such as detailed statistics.
Where is my data stored?
Your game data (players, teams, games, statistics) is always stored locally on your device. If you create an account and enable cloud sync, that data is also synchronized to our servers in the EU so you can use it across devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I sync data between devices?
Yes. Sign in with a free Dartly account and your teams, players, and games sync automatically across all your devices. Cloud sync is free.
How do I report a bug?
Email us at fratresfun+dartly@gmail.com with a description of the bug, your device, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots are helpful.
Can I suggest a new feature?
Absolutely! Send your ideas to fratresfun+dartly@gmail.com. We read every suggestion and prioritize features based on user feedback.
The web app won't load. What should I do?
The web version requires a modern browser with WebAssembly support (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Try clearing your browser cache, disabling ad blockers, or using a different browser. The app also requires JavaScript to be enabled.
